Happy {Half} Birthday Declan – Phoenixville, PA {Cake Smash, Children + Family}

When you are one year old,  half birthdays are just as important as a full birthday! On this particular cold and snowy Saturday, Declan kept us all busy while he ran around with all the energy that most 18-month-olds have. With his parents Sinead + David, we had such a blast playing and acting silly. Here are some of my favorites from the day. Would you just get a look at these amazing baby blue eyes?!
